• International Order Processing

International Orders are NOT processed at the time of ordering. They are processed off-line after the shipping charges have been approved.

You may choose to Call or e-mail us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order or we will e-mail you a shipping quote after your order has been placed. Placing your order in advance helps us provide an exact shipping quote because we know exactly what it is you want to order.

• International Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated according to weight, package size, and shipping destination. We must know precisely what it is you want to order before providing a shipping quote.

We normally recommend FedEx International Economy or USPS Express Mail International because they are a cost effective air method, they are fast, reliable, insured, and trackable. Shipments take Approximately 5 days to arrive in your country not at the ship-to address. Please be advised there may be duty, importation taxes, brokerage fees or other fees due in your country for which you would be liable. These taxes are assessed within your own country -- there are no taxes applied here in the US.

• Restrictions

It is NOT possible for us to ship car care products via air transportation. Aerosol containers and liquids cannot be shipped via air transportation.

We are NOT able to ship orders as a gift or lower value. By law we are NOT permitted to falsify customs documentation. We must provide two copies of the original Sales Receipt with the customs documentation. If we send it as a gift it will be returned to us. Businesses are not permitted to Gift, individuals are.

• United Kingdom Taxation/Duty Information

This is what our customers tell us about UK customs duty

UK Customs Duty is charged as a percentage of the declared value including postage and packing. The percentage charged depends upon the nature of the goods and where they are coming from. UK Import VAT is then charged at 17.5% on the value for customs duty plus the amount of the customs duty. According to the UK Tariff Classification Service (tel +44 1702 366077) our accessories would come under classification code of 8708999890 (other car parts). In addition ParcelForce charges a handling fee of 7.75 (economy and standard delivery) or 13.00 (express delivery).
